I bought a pair of these on-line. The documentation says size 10 but the size marked on the Crocs is 11. What are the odds that the replacement pair will also be mislabeled?

They were on offer at a reduced price. But the fact that you get them cheaper, and any colour you like as long as it's blue, doesn't mean it should be a lucky dip when it comes to size.

I use the Simply Be catalogue (same company) and recently had a stupid problem with a scratch pole for the kitties. I just emailed them and asked questions. They were very helpful. I hate phoning these places as my brain works much slower than my tongue and I make no sense.
