Email On Windows 10

Good morning, I am trying to set up my email address using my sky email on windows 10, the syncing 'circle' just keeps going around and nothing happens, I do I access server settings to check all is ok?

I know next to nothing about Windows 10 but the answer from Vinodh_Kumar V here seems to tell you how to enter settings manually
