Had just staggered out of Physio and was at Hospital bus stop waiting for bus to station when one of our old neighbours (Pre move in April) pulled up and offered a lift home, couldn't get in car quick enough. got a ride to the door, he came in for a look round and a coffee, result. have had a wash and brush up and am about to get the sunbed out.
If anyone knows the contact details for a hit-man to sort that Physio out (he's a Sadist) I would be grateful ;o)

Tbf, I haven't got to see him for two weeks now, been released on the promise I'll get one with it by myself, I may feel less murderous towards him by then.

Where are you both getting this sun from.? I am sure you are both not that righteous! I am only about 70 miles inland from you and it is sticky as heck but overcast :-( I reckon you have sunlamps in your conservatory and call it a solarium really. I would have a beer/wine fridge in mine though.
