What Style Of Pants

I like the style of pants that are not boot cut or cropped but not skinny to the leg. The ones that look good with flat shoes and are slightly above the shoe but not cropped.
What style would you call them? Or more important what do M&s call them

Capris are cropped..the regular straights from M & S sit just on shoe..as long as you buy correct length..

I buy the short regular straights and fit like a glove..I am only 5'4" though...
