I'm pushing the boat out a bit today, as Sunny Dave is visiting.

We have goat's Cheese and griddled aubergine stack with balsamic reduction to start, followed by paella de pescados y mariscos (salmon, monkfish, prawns, scallops, langoustines and giants tiger prawns on top). We have Chapel Down English Sparkling Brut to kick-start and some Albariño to accompany the food.

What's on your menu today?

Lol..

The lamb shanks I still haven't managed to cook! They'll be braised, served with mash and what other veg I fancy...
Question Author
I love lamb shanks. Yummers.
Nomercy, I am doing curried goat!!! With homemade coleslaw and a green salad. There is roti and roast potatoes (Mr A insists on them).

Just popped a Chook in the oven, she was not impressed, insisted I took her coat off first. be served with 2 or 3 Veg, haven't looked in cupboard yet.

Can't beat a nice chook, Balders.

Sharon...WOW! I wanted to try curried goat for years and finally got to try it in January this year when OH took me to the famous Las Lasan for my birthday :)
So what did Dave have to say?
Is he coming back?
