Mikey, I understand your reluctance to reveal your views on the Corbyn / Smith battle, though I would be interested to hear them.
Hoppy....sorry, I had to go out rather suddenly...my apologies.

I rarely shy away from a political debate ! I am on record as being a Corbyn supporter, but I am also on record for saying that he should now stand down.

He doesn't appear to have the support of most Labour MPs, and now that we appear to have one of our most reactionary Tory Government for many years, as a Labour supporter, I think the oppostion should be apposing, not arguing amongst themselves.

As he doesn't have the full confidence of his own MPs, then it would be better if he stood aside and let someone else have a go.

Smith appears to be that person.
Thanks Mikey, I'm glad to see some sense talked by a Labour supporter.

Unfortunately I think you are in the minority, so I suspect meltdown is imminent.

no, definitely not. mr corbyn has the overwhelming support of the rank and file membership, whilst the PLP no longer represents the views of the party's grassroots. surely the solution is for the PLP MPS to offski, not the leader?
