Annoying stop error, PLEASE HELP! :-(

hey, when i log on, everything seems to be working fine, i can load programs, get no lock ups, until a random time that can be between 3 minutes to 50, it blue screens! The message says:

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: win32k.sys

Possibly bad memory chip - have you Googled the error? Download a free memory checker.

yep, i downloaded Goldmemory 6.68 and that came out with no errors. :-S

I also removed one of the memory chips and it still did it.
