I'm the same. I'm also not keen on the whites of poached. When I poach eggs I crack an egg into a ramekin and then separate another egg and add the yolk to it.
My woman buys interesting eggs. Some have next to no white, which she fries for herself: but the others, that she saves for me, have really generous portions of white ! Not sure where she buys these varieties.
I positively hate the whites. Invent a yolk only egg,and I'll be a happy bunny. I only like omelettes, frittatas and crustless quiches. Anything that hides the whites.
