Seriously though , we have been having left over chicken ( kept in the
fridge ) on Mondays , from Sunday dinner , ever since i were a lad .

I haven't noticed any ill effects

I use that sauce to for my meatballs!! Unfortunately drank all the red wine in the house so using sherry!!!!

Another ragu fan here, I wouldn't make it any other way now, in fact I need to make a vat of it this week as we're having withdrawal symptoms.
