Pub name quiz

These quiz answers are all Pub name past and present. Could anyone help please.

1.Wellington could be described as this. The 10.4

2.Links with projection The 5.3.8.( The Chain ?

3.Anti-slavery campaigner The 8.

4.Two of this on a bicycle. The 5 ( I've already got Wheel for "Spin this" but someone might have a better idea.

The compiler comes from Wisbech so could be local there.

have just searched and there is loads of names...having eight letters in surname gave me Josiah Wedgwood and Thomas Clarkson... xx

Many thanks Earthakitten, I have found The Wedgwood Pub and I shall certainly use The Waterproof Boot as it fit's the clue so well, probably peculiar to some county, but both are good answers.
