Corrie big car drama having to keep with Emmerdale. Kevin and co tried to get Gary and Anna out surely they should have waited for emergency services as critical to move people in these situations then Beth and others in the Rovers as if nothing happened. Soapland great for dealing with crisis still watch though as great TV talking point

They were both, lying in and trapped in pools of petrol.

Poor Anna, I noticed her lying in a puddle of petrol whilst her legs were on fire.
Amazing though, the rest of her never caught fire.

I laughed when the fireball exploded, because it was so obvious the director (or whoever) had called 3, 2, 1, - FALL. They all seemed to leap forward and it didn't look at all natural.

Admirable sentiments about waiting for the emergency services Caribeing, but they needed to get those trapped out asap with petrol all around. During times of crisis, people behave instinctively not logically and will go to great lengths to free those trapped or in danger. It was the right decision in my book - the fuel could have exploded by the time the emergency services arrived.

I think Beth and the others in the Rovers went in there after the explosion that blew the windows out to brush the glass up etc. It looked to me as if they missed later events involving Anna so they were really unaware of the most serious part of the storyline. That was no doubt why they behaved as if nothing happened.

What amazed me about these two soap's separate car crashes, was the filming of them.

How was this done, were there actual stunt drivers who carried them out or were they computer enacted?

They should produce a programme showing how these scenes were filmed.
