i can't actually see where that article says they don't have enough buses. if you're extrapolating that migrants claiming they aren't being processed fast enough equates to a lack of buses, i think you're being hoodwinked.

There is very little sign of "chaos" in the BBC report ::::

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-37745386

There will, undoubtedly be some trouble and difficulty, but 1,600 out of the total of 7,000 have already been transported out of the camp.

No sign wahtsoever, in your link or mine that there is a problem with buses.
Perhaps best to leave it to the French. Seems to be going pretty smoothly so far- there was and still is the potential for a big flare up but it seems fairly calm at present. Of course some may still try to get here but the jungle/camp was a magnet. Some may just realise France is safe after all and teh French may provide some incentive for them to stay raher than cause chaos in or around Calais.
Quite a logistical challenge, moving so many people - bound to get a bit hectic.

Let's hope things go as calmly as possible.

DB....the French have hardly covered themselves in glory in this affair, something I trust we can both agree on.

Complete ineptitude is a word that comes to mind !
That's two words!

The question 'what next' is a good one, it's mentioned here though no real answers put forward.

Looking at them they are mostly from Africa, and why are a lot of them hiding their faces, it's not that cold.

Dave.
The French will issue them with the necessary paperwork so they can travel onwards to their preferred destination. You don't seriously think they want to keep all those young men?
incredibly the fransh authorities dont know who they are or how many

the jungle is the size of Bridport - that would be big if you live in Dorset

as far as I can see when the hordes poured across the southern forntiers if they said - nous allons a Calais
the officials cheered and said "zoot alors off you go!""

now they [zee fransh zat eez] have to record them and find them places
and process their applications
I mean god no wonder we voted for brexit ( and I was a remainer !)
