I've just been watching police interceptors, they found a cannibas factory in the attic of a house, where they had bypassed the electricity, had all the equipment, and the couple were not charged 'not enough evidence' how much evidence is actually needed, it's laughable.

I didn't watch it, but I agree. Sometimes you wonder how they reach their decisions.

I see the Police programs and they make me wonder if it is true that 'crime doesn't pay'
There was a guy who had run a series of 18 insurance frauds and got at least £5,000 each time some of them were for £20,000 and more! He got 3 years suspended! So basically nothing! He had a order to repay but as he had no job and had spent all the cash he will never actually repay a penny
