Surely, offsetting the fantastic performance of these cars is the fact that they are so valuable, you'd be very careful with them when driving?!

Good idea from Toureman, but I very much doubt these cars will be on their database to enable an online quote to be given.

They didn't have mine listed when I looked and mine is only a factory produced standard model!

i think most online insurers will not quote you, but i do know that george harrison was paying �17000 p year to insure his mclaren f1 - so it is quite easy to assume a 5 figure sum

Catso,obviously that Prince guy wasn't driving with much care with his 313,000 pounds McLaren SLR when he wrote it off in Park Lane.
