Well, so far in the Hootenanny we've seen Roy Wood proving that he should have quit while he still had a voice and Seasick Steve's drummer doing a good impersonation of my avatar. . .
. . . and, as for Chaka Khan's outfit, I just hope that doesn't go into any gardens where they've put slug pellets out ;-)

The Andre Rieu concert in Vienna we've just watched was filmed on New Years Eve in 2001. Its been quite sad watching the orchestra knowing that one of the leading trombonists Ruud Merz died last week 22 Dec in Leeds during the UK tour. He died of a massive heart attack in his hotel room - Andre and the orchestra are devastated as he's been with them since 1994, they have postponed the last 5 remaining concerts here in England until March. Ruud's wife is a violinist in the orchestra too.
