Have only seen about 15 mins of it so far, LB - I had an irritating phone call which distracted me, so I'll start it again when I've got a clear time.

The segment I did see (the owl and the snow measurement) looked pretty good - with a few stunning animal shots alongside the sciency bits.
I'll watch it on bbc iplayer in the morning, thanks ladybirder.
One small moan - that snowologist person, murdered the English language. Almost unintelligible.

I get annoyed when I am being told the blindingly obvious such as the owl has flown to the ground, it didn't catch anything, it has flown back into the tree or words to that effect.
It was good, I enjoyed it, I shall watch the two remaining programmes and yet I was a little disappointed and I don't really know why. If anyone else felt the same perhaps they can articulate it better than I have?
Good afternoon ladybirder .

Thanks for that .

Yes i shall be there with my popcorn ( in fact i shall record it as well , just in case , her indoors, insist on watching something else )
Oh dear - lol

I've just realised that it was yesterday .

Never mind , i shall download it
I hadn't seen this thread, so I had put a message out on animals and nature.

I found it good viewing, with my feet up by the wood burning stove.

Bazile the 2nd episode is on this evening and the 3rd (and last??) tomorrow.
