Well last month I must have inadvertently joined Amazon Prime but was able to contact them and so they Amazon cancelled - refunded my £79.99 and another £7.99 which had been taken.

However I have just looked at my bank account and again they have taken £7.99 - I was able to contact Amazon again and left them an email.

Will this be it - every month - I'm going to have to cancel every month. Thanks

JJ. Sounds like that's £7.99 a month extra (for Prime members) to access "Amazon Music Unlimited". Maybe need to cancel this too?
Don't contact them to cancel it on your behalf, make sure it's done properly yourself, it's the only way to make sure it's done.

well they have sent like an automatic email - saying that Amazon Prime is cancelled - will wait and see if I am refunded. I definitely wouldn't sign for anything music etc.

Do you keep ticking the box for next day delivery when you place an order, jenny?
Question Author
Never HC - I waited for an order to come from China and it was an order from China - like a cuppla months. I am aware of that tick next day and no I don't tick it.
Jenny,
I think you will get back everything your entitled.

I have been with Amazon for years, and I have always had 100% good service, and sometimes over with some disputes, or understandings.

Oh I know that TRT - Amazon seem to be really good at the refunding.
