Anyone see it this week ? There was a woman suffering from plantar. Faciitis and while yes I agree she was wearing wrong type of shoes. As they didn't support the foot I thought the doctor. Didn't didn't look more into it , he just told her to get some insoles , if that solves it git her she's a very lucky lady , yes you do need insoles but not the cheP ones you buy your self far better to get from a podiatrist , and also do yoyr exercises for stretching the plantar , he didn't go into the fact it can cause a heel spur which is very painful to walk on and he didn't tell her you can get shock therepy treatment which is the only thing that worked for me , I still lump first thing in morning but fine after that , I just think doctor fobbed her off , opinions ??
