Ocado
What are the odds on :
1. All the couriers actually getting the day/time right?
2. Me not being in the shower, on the loo, or asleep when they attempt the "knock quietly and run away" trick?

UPS send you an email with the name and mobile number of your personal courier and a link to show you where he is in your area and how long he'll be. I get medication delivered by them that goes straight into the fridge and they are always on tine.
Any years ago I ordered a portable sewing machine, in those days they didn't give you a delivery date. Naturally I was out when delivery occurred. I found it on the rear paved patio. It had been thrown over a seven foot fence and landed on paving. I got in touch with seller, had it collected and received a new one.
