If we found intelligent life on another Planet, would the Japanese and Norwegians eat them-do you think ?

What do you mean another planet? We are still looking for it on this planet! While I understand your compassion for the whales, squillions are spend on 'saving' large animals but would you donate a quid to save some snails on the other side of the world, or some endangered moss in Siberia? I am all for conservation, as long as it is done sensibly, not emotionally.

Thing is, Everything we eat, is, or has been, alive.
I don't hear anyone saying don't boil that Cabbage, its still living.

The thing that keeps this planet's life form going is called "The Food Chain"...we are ALL part of that including whales.......and YES even humans..........our bodies when they are buried are consumed by worms etc...........people should not get emotional about other animals which are part of that chain......
