Blue Screen

saying "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart". Am getting this at least 3 times a day now.
Can anyone help me please?

If its 'blue screening' whats the Error Code? What version of Windows?

There's no error code, (or if there is I've never noticed), and it shuts down and restarts quite quickly. It's from microsoft, I think.
