Cabana's?They were chocolate bars with bits of cherry in and cider lollys that we used to get on the ice cream vans and there was this nice turquoise colour one too,any more you remember?

yes kipchik I remember the cabanas, early 80s. Yummy. They were around the same time as Nutty bars. You can still get the blue lollies; they stain my kids faces! You can still buy cider lollys from the ice cream man. I always have one but I am a bit of a pikey.

Can you still get cider and blue lollys didn't know that but won't mind getting now i know i still can,they've remade texan so why not cabana,hmmmm!

Fantastic! People who like sweets...Cabanas were a fave of mine, those cherries were an inspiration. Other chocolate bars were boring. Are you guys old enough to remember Cadbury's Swisskit bars from the mid-late '70's and Pink Panther chocolate bars? I'd love to find those two. You can buy worldwide sweets from Cybercandy.com and there are a few old faves such as Gold Nuggets (chewing gum) in the hessian bags still available. It's about time we had a UK retro sweet market, might get full size Mars and Wagon wheels back!
