Foreign Hgvs
I've been there myself but UK only, before these HGVs start their journey's from Europe into the UK should the drivers be given a course on the different road signs, the mirrors use been the opposite side to their own country, this is one of the main reasons Foreign HGVs collide with cars on Motorways.

The road signs over there are very little different from the UK ones and don't need any explanation. I think continental lorries collide with cars over here is because UK drivers think the centre lane on a motorway is the lane to drive in and do not treat it as purely an overtaking lane; hence they sit alonside lorries in their blind spot.
