Cleaning A Computer Key-Board.

What is the safest, best and more effective way to clean a computer key-board?

I just wipe mine over with an anti-bacterial wet wipe thingy.

I don't have crumbs. Who eats whilst using a laptop???????

Thank you Tony. I never look at links, I just go buy the stuff in stores, it's when I want to tell someone how good it is I check for it online, like I said, I'd not read any of the recommendations or star ratings :)

I don't tilly, but fluff gets in there and bits of papers, maybe even a staple, I always had to clean about 20+ keyboards when I was working

A mini USB Vacuum and then a wipe over with a damp cloth. As regard the vacuum, you wont do much better than one as advertised in the link given at 18.12 by murraymints :-

At the moment I am thinking that it could be possible to stop a keyboard getting dirty by covering it with Kitchen Cling film. I would imagine that the keys would activate in the same way as those on my TV Remote Controller, which is thus protected from greasy fingers and spilled liquids.
