Sainsbugs trolleys will apparently take both old and new pound coins.

I think quite a few have adapted trolleys and machines but there's bound to be a few hiccups.

Won't fit the pound holder first one will hold but no more fit .Ive got a few of them and they are dated 2016

I've being way out of the loop on this one, first I heard of them was on the evening news... having being to a few shops today I'd have probably questioned the dodgy coin given to me.

Not tried any of the bigger stores but none off the local shops I've tried have seen any yet,I suppose by next week we'll be fed up with them.
