I ordered a new pair of varifocals in February after an eye test.
I've had to send them back twice, due to them being useless. I got them back on Friday and the result is just the same. It has taken 6 weeks for Boots to sort them out.
Am I within my rights to refuse the spectacles and get my money back?

Went to Specsavers today to pick up my new specs. It only took 6 days to complete, and no problems.
Won't be using Boots again!
Bought a pair in 1994. Struggled with them for a year, including falling down as if drunk, even on the rare occasion when I wasn't. Went back a year later and insisted on bifocals. No problems since.
