I've trawled through the "nostalgia" sites of old sweets but can't find what I'm looking for. Do you remember in the 50s/60s there used to be orangey coloured bars of what I seem to recall was puffed rice or similar. They had a wrapper. I can't for the life of me remember what they were called.

I blame Masterchef for mentioning puffed rice earlier on!

Sorry, missed the 'orangey' bit in your query.

No Mamya there was no chocolate involved! It was just sort of rice crispie type things. I don't know how they were stuck together. They were a salmony/orangey colour. They were lovely. We used to get them from tuck shop around 1960 ish.
Were they not Rice Crispie treat bars?
Question Author
That name doesn't ring a bell Prudie. I'm pretty sure it was just one word.
