Hi! Can anyone help me please? I'm trying to do the Antico Crossword in the April Oldie and am stuck on 27D: Request silver keys (5). ISLES would fit for the 'keys' but what to do with 'Request silver'?

Are there any definite placed letters?

Just the three: I - L - S. I've thought of IDLES, but gave up on that. I do hope you can help! :-)

Sorry can't make anthing outof it. I agree with isles for keys but the rest eludes me.

Thanks, Cashier, for trying, anyway! That's the trouble with the Oldie magazine Antico quiz. I reckon it's harder than the Sunday Times cryptic. But no-one else seems to have a problem with it! So I have no-one to ask! So thanks for at least having a go! :-)
