I have 5 litres of petrol in my petrol can, the instructions says put in 25-1 of oil to make it 2 stroke, so how much oil do i put with the 5 litres of petrol to make it 2 stroke?

1/5 litre = 200 cc

I've found that the easiest way to make up your 2 stroke mix, is to buy the small pre-measured, plastic bottles of 2 stroke oil, squeez it into your empty fuel can, then add 5 liters of unleaded petrol.
a voila.
