I am still waiting for a reply to an email i sent the ed in October last year. I think we can assume that it is not part of her job description to justify her job description. I do 2,3, 6 and 12 month staff appraisals at work............

I'm not asking for her job description but I'm giving her the platform to tell me and others why it takes so long to reply (if at all) to us. Impressions may not always be true but they are all I have at the moment and they are not good ones.....

Think I know where your coming from 'ere TCL, it does seem that Ed replies to some emails to particular users and not others doesn't it?


Or is that not what you're thinking here and it's just my sour grapes????

B00 it seems pointless sending an e-mail if there's little chance of a reply and that just adds to the impression she doesn't care what some of us think. If it it were me I'd be on here replying to the criticisms and if they were justified I'd be taking steps to address them.

You'll notice I've spelt yir name properly wi "00" and not "OO"....

in her defence, I think I'd just like to say that I have only ever had to e-mail Mrs AB Ed once, about a very serious matter (someone trying to expose my real name on AB). She replied within hours and the matter was dealt with very shortly thereafter, much to my relief, so I've nothing but praise for her handling of emails :o)

oh Yeah! Thats true Kick I've moaned that I never get a reply, but I did e-mail once because someone used my real name on here and I got a reply very quickly. (Think that was the only time though lol)
