Following a previous question that "Filmon tv" seems to be in available abroad without subscription, as I already have Netflix would this be available to access in Greece without setting up a vpn.

You can use a Netflix subscription (almost) anywhere in the world but you'll only have access to whatever Netflix has paid the rights fees for in that area:
