Yes that is what I always thought, as well as the reflection that not all MPs are the rogues and shysters that - let's be honest - we LIKE to think they are sometimes

Good morning mikey.......yes! yes! a rather nice but tragic story that could be replicated almost daily due to early cancer deaths, accidents and of course suicides. All nice and wonderful children of grieving and devastated parents.
I am just guessing that neither you or ichkeria have ever met Jo Cox and the point of my post is that if she hadn't been an MP and more importantly a LABOUR MP this post would never have appeared.
If i could and i think that i could mikey, I would propose you for a CBE for services to the Labour Party.

Yes, Mikey....a lady worth remembering......

I never met her either but a friend worked for her so as well as the public side I knew a little about some of the things she did behind the scenes to help and encourage people like my friend.....and what a really nice person she was to work for......x

If we had a parliament full of people (on both sides of the house) with the integrity and dedication of the Jo Cox I've seen tonight, we'd be in a far better place, I think.
