am thinking of those who have lost dad since last year, it's a tough day.
also thinking of dads who are no longer in contact with their children for whatever reason and wish they were.
It's not always a Happy Father's Day but if you are lucky enough then enjoy it :-D xxxx
I am sure there are not many people who would disagree, but to see it all over facebook and now on here what about the people who are upset about losing their dads? Its a personal thing and don't want reminding every time I turn on the computer. Its becoming a bit of a competition 'I can grieve more than you can'. Well good for you, but I don't want to know about it.
So true albs. Missing my dearest Dad so much today, can't believe I'm not going to see him as usual with his pressies and a cake, which I always took. Two years since I lost him, been crying a lot. Those of you who still have, and love, your Dads, treasure them, time goes so fast, believe me xx
Didn't get so much as a card of my own son (who lives with me and knew it was fathers day)....
Spare a thought for those fathers who's own kids don't give a **** while they are alive, never mind dead!
There are lots of things I don't want to be reminded of, lankeela. That doesn't mean they should never be mentioned again. The world keeps on spinning. I'm sorry you are suffering, but people should still be able to pay respects to whoever they feel they want to.
//Nailit playing devils advocate how much were you around for your child growing up given your troubled background//
More than his mother was!....
Anything else you want to know or have a dig at??
