Rusty Bakewear

I have a baking tin which seems to go rusty whenever I wash it. I have tried various things, but there is always horrid orangey rust inside it when it dries. Is it time for the bin or can it be saved?

Bin it and buy a non-stick one. Not worth the bother of trying to get the rust off.

I have a number like that. I sort of know I need to sling them but hate discarding items that are basically as good as when obtained. Contributing to the wasteful throw-away society. Why are low quality items on the market ?

you will get baking tins recommended by jane asher in Poundland - cheaper than a pack of Brillo pads.

Give them a coat of paint, drill a couple of holes in the bottom and use them as planters. Buy non-stick as hellywelly4 suggests.
