Irish Song

Can anyone name a song for me? I suspect it's Irish traditional, I suspect it's also written about growing up in Dublin a long long time ago, and about how the city has changed over time...but all I can remember about it is that it has a lovely tune and features the lyric 'Ring-a-ring o' roses' in the chorus. Not lots to go on....but I reckon someone lovely out there will be able to help...?!

it's definitely "the rare auld times" many people have sang it but the best version is by the dubliners.
