There are some excellent books in your local library

You can open the product you want training on (Excel, Word etc), then go into the "help" for the product and then search for "training" or "tutorial".

This will supply a list of search results (some on the web) which may be able to help you.

Many local colleges or councils now provide free IT training, including for Microsoft Office.

Try contacting a few local colleges, or ask at your library, or see if you have a LearnDirect office near you.
