We are hoping to remodel our rather small bathroom. As part of that, moving the toilet would be useful.

It's currently situated against an external wall of the property. Is it possible to to move it so that it's against an internal wall and redirect the waste pipe under the floor?

Depends upon the actual circumstances, but probably a very tricky job to do, particularly putting the waste pipe under the floor (it's quite big). Really, you'll have to ask a plumber or builder to have a look and advise.

You could perhaps consider a macerator, but they are a bit of bind if they clog up.
