Saturday. Lots of wet stuff about. It's supposed to be sunny. Lets hope that's right.
Tiggy is still about, he was enjoying the sunshine yesterday until it rained. Then he was off to Tiggy Towers for the rest of the day.

A trip to Stroud for the farmer's market today. Might have lunch out while I'm there.

1ozzy we have a total fire ban from May til October as the island is so dry it catches fire so quickly. So no bbqs or bonfires which suits me

Bush fires are a part of life here.

Certain species of native plants can't regenerate without the heat of a fire.

It's a question of control, alas, we're still working on that.

Good morning everyone, I've not read the thread to see who's here yet, lovely to see boaty's off out for lunch at the farmer's market, unlike Boaty, it's a very nice morning here in sunny south east of RoI, I've been out feeding the little birds, changing their water and topping up on bird seed, hi diddly dee, a busy life for me, I'm only killing time before the papers arrive, I hope everyone is well, once I answer here, I'll have a look and see who's about.
