Paypal Holding My Money

Hi ive recently sold 2 items on eBay .total if 2 items sold over £500.Now all of a sudden Paypal have put a limitation on my account the money has cleared and both sellers have received their items and both left good feedback,but when speaking to Paypal they say they have put a limitation on my account and I will not be able to receive my funds till 180 days.Surely this is not fair

If your account has been limited you should have received an email explaining what you need to do in order to get the restriction removed. Have you?

You should also be able to access that information by going to your account, then to 'Summary' and clicking on 'Notifications' at the top of the page.

Unless you've looked to see what you need to do to get the restriction removed, it's probably too early to start complaining.

Ususally you just need to answer some sort of security check question. Have you looked at your online account for messages.Te Resolution Centre should help too
