broken nose

I broke my nose on saturday but it did not bleed at all. I am due to go to the hospital on tuesday to get it checked but im a little bit concerned that it didn't bleed. I also keep getting a pressure feeling in the bridge of my nose and in my forehead. Is this normal?

The pressure feeling is probably swollen tissue, which will press on the nerves in that area.

If the pain is not serious, or increasing, I wouldn't worry too much about it - in fact by Tuesday, most of the swelling will probably have subsided, but if it persists, or you are worried, have a chat with your local Accident Unit, or your GP if they can take a look.

Ive broken my nose twice when I was younger believe it or not! The first time I didnt bleed whatsoever,the second time I gushed like a fountain!!
The pressure feeling is as Andy says - just swelling.
