censorship in the answerbank
6 Answers
i was just reading the How it works section and was disgusted by a question by El Cuervo, there is no reason to have that kind of garbage in this site. i just had to air my opinion, but did not want that Cuervo guy to see this message. i think somebody needs to monitor his mouth, unless, of course, anything goes, here at theanswerbank.
paradoxically enough, i have been trying to enter this question, but Internet Explorer keeps telling me my question can not be accepted!

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Hello. I have had a look to see what the Question was, and it looks like its been deleted. Of course the AB is monitored regulalry, but obviously not 24/7, but anything offensive or inappropriate is edited or removed by our hard working (and long suffering!) Editor. Anyone who continues to flout the rules after due warning gets bumped, so sorry if you were offended, it's an occupational hazard of visiting a Site like this. I hope it hasn't put you off visitng us again?
the question was, is there censorship in the answerbank, and ,if not, we should have it, that is all. i just think there is a place and time for everything. i am not a Puritan, but always was happy that this place is free of dirty talk. we get plenty of that in American TV, and frankly the cup is full.
and, editor, i wil continue to visit the site, just get rid of the bad apple( remember, Spanish is my language, and so i detected it right away)
Dear Worder, one aspect of site-management here - apart from censorship - is the need to share space out amongst questions. Consequently, if you have a long series of related questions, it is best to include them all under one heading. Looking at the opening page of this category now, there is virtually nothing there that isn't yours. The point is that some of us may want to refer to earlier questions which are no longer visible. As a result, they are more awkward to find. Cheers
