dodgy link on site

I am not really sure if anybody can help me. I am an avid competition enterer (?). On a certain site there is a competition with a prize valued at �500,000. The link to the competition is a dud one - brings up a blank page in the colours of the company.

I wrote to them, a property/estate agent type company, but have received no reply.

I am a bit naffed off about this and want to make an official complaint. But which regulatory authority would cover this - there are so many.

I know that I have no hope of winning this prize, but that is not the point.
