(Tv) Anybody Have London Live Ch?

It says its on Ch117 on Sky, but not on mine, Ch 159 on Virgin, BT 8, and freeview 8.

Its says on the tv guide you can watch on-line, but just wonering why I cant get it on my Sky, as theres a good movie on later.
