What thread?
This one, a few minutes ago - may have been best to ask him there.

I am worried that you are going back to where you were. Your recent 'Despair' thread looks to me like you are severely depressed again. I was hoping you were over that. I did not mean to offend you and I apologise if I did.
Question Author
No offence taken EDDIE.
Despair is just mans lot in life...and his blessing in how he overcomes it (or so Im told).

Thanks nalit. Try and look on the bright side.

Thanks EDDIE,
Got a mental health worker at the mo. Catch phrase seems to be, ''put it to the back of your mind'' ....
Sorry, but I CANT seem to put it to the back of my mind.....
(and because I cant, it must be my fault...boolocks! perhaps its all not my fault)
"put it to the back of your mind" sounds about as useful as "get a grip", unless he/she, as a mental health worker, is prepared to explain exactly how you're supposed to do this.
Agree totally with Jno - a useless piece of advice.
Question Author
jno, par for the course.
Been here b4 with these idiots
In fairness to the mental health worker, we are only aware of one side of " story" .
Any progress with your son and his problems nalit?
