My ex wife is planning to take my two boys to spain to live.
My wife and I are considering applying for custody to allow them to stay in the UK. Does anyone know what costs are involved even if I can't win

if you ring a solicitor they will 9 out of 10 times let you come in for a free half hour consultation and discuss the options to you.And the Citizen's Advice Bureau are very good.

We will be going through a similar case ourselves and if our current costs are anything to go by its going to end up extortionate!!
