alleged speeding offence nip

I nominated a foreign driver on the NIP as the person who was driving the car at the time of the alleged offence and now the partneship have requested insurance cover of the driver of which they were not own my cover. At that time they said they had their own comprehensive insurance that covers them to drive any vehicle. What should I tell the partnership

i think you are trying to pull a fast one here my friend and you are going to get caught out,a bit silly really because if im reading this right its a company car and if you are lying you could lose your job over it.
