I seem to remember that when I went from Android to iPhone the easiest way was to sync all the Android contacts to a gmail account contacts list and then sync them from gmail onto the iPhone - long time ago now - hopefully someone will remember more details of the process.

SD's answer is near enough what you need to know.
If you haven't already got one, create a gmail account and then sign in on your Xperia using your gmail account (you may need to "add account" first and then sign in). Once signed in on your phone, you need to sync your contacts from your phone to your gmail account.
Next, sign in on the iphone with your gmail account and sync the contacts from the gmail account to your phone.
