There are some posters who know how to reply but use the facility only to tag on more clues and rarely/never say thanks. Prompting them rarely seems to work. Sometimes it's better just not to help some posters if you don't feel they deserve it- and there are some I prefer not to help- but of course someone else will always answer and as the answers may help others I sometimes still give answers
