Disappointment

Friend and I braved the snow and ice this morning to go to the cinema to see the 12 noon showing of Finding your Feet. Arrived to find a large notice on the door saying "Closed due to unforseen circumstances". Wonder if we'll get a refund?

If you paid - then yes, you should get a refund, especially if you paid using a credit card.

correction re "credit card" - the value of the purchase needs to be a minimum of £100.

The right thing for them to do would be to give you a refund and I think they probably will or allow you to rebook another date.
Excuse me Maggie but as we're in CB can I just announce I joined AB 9 years ago today. Sorry but I don't want to start a new thread about it but felt an uncontrollable urge to let everyone know;-)
