Thursday. No frost this morning. the wind is making it's presence known though. The promised snow didn't arrive, maybe it's waiting for me to go out.

No sign of the mad March hare either. I reckon it's being sensible and staying indoors!

A lazy day today..at the moment! I hope it stays that way.

It's howling a gale, with the odd snow flurry but nothing is sticking.
I'll ring the hossie before I set off to make sure there is an opthalmic clinic - one to keep an eye on. As I look out of my office window, I can see a little dandruff but definitely not a snow shower.

Considering going out to clear paths..yesterday it was done and an hour later couldn't see the Blummin things !

I'm snowbound here in the RofI, I'm snow blind,my birdies are fed and I'm even giving them some of my porridge and they're lapping it up with a drop of tea I leave out on a dish :) Hope you are all well

Tash home 06:30ish, just done her first Night Duty for a couple of years, had a good journey, no problems, she has just gone off to bed.

Thanks for the reply about the canal, Boaty. Sorry I didn't continue, but this irritating thing called work got in the way.

I've finally got a day off tomorrow so I don't plan to join you on the early thread, but usually our cat has other ideas.

The annoying thing is when you finally get up, he goes to sleep.

Why do we let animals into our homes?
